CANDICE ROWLAND

Candice Rowland resides in Rock Island, Tennessee with her family and animals. She began writing over a decade ago and has contributed to online blogs and has led many speaking engagements involving the spiritual and metaphysical worlds. This story was inspired by her own life events, along with a splash of fantasy. It is for those who question the esoteric meanings of religion and how the past affects the future and can be accessed by portals of time to enter the spiritual realms. She hopes the book will give people faith that we can be saved from the darkness within our souls. She is currently working on the second book of the trilogy, The Mercenary King.
